## About

Bart Mroz is the founder of Awesome Things XYZ, a holding company for multiple ventures. He spent two decades building businesses, from startups to acquisition.

He built SUMO Heavy Industries from scratch over 13 years — a full-service digital commerce consulting firm — until it was acquired in 2023. Clients included Pitney Bowes, Zoom, Rogue Fitness, TYR, Roku, and Pet360.

Before SUMO, he ran multiple technology consulting and services businesses and worked in IT consulting, business analysis, and technology innovation roles in the Philadelphia area.

He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Temple University.

### Agency Focus
Fractional growth consulting for agencies and consultancies doing $1M–$10M. Dev shops, digital agencies, product studios. Four service tracks: operations and delivery, growth and BD engine, positioning and market presence, and content strategy. He works embedded with founders and leadership teams as a growth partner, not a vendor.

Content amplification for founders. Podcast production, daily distribution, thought leadership, and repurposing systems for founders who have strong signal but no time to broadcast it. Standalone service or integrated into Agency Focus engagements.

Craft is knowing your trade deeply — the kind of understanding that only comes from years of doing the work, getting it wrong, and doing it again until it's right. Every system, every strategy, every deliverable should reflect that standard.

Care is the hospitality side of business. The extra step, the follow-through nobody asked for, the way you make someone feel in every interaction. People are not line items on a spreadsheet. They're humans with real stakes.
